Based on the latest TV series “Ultraman Nexus,” this feature film melds a darker, more adult storyline, with state-of-the-art visual effects. Japanese  Air Self-Defense Force pilot Maki collides with a mysterious red-glowing object in the sky. Miraculously, Maki turns up alive just as the anti-bio terrorist division of the Defense Agency has an encounter with “The One”. Changing into the new “Ultraman,” (a really cool Guyver-esque design) Maki must save the Earth from certain destruction. For the first time, Tsuburaya Productions offer English Subtitles  for non-Japanese  speaking fans to enjoy.

and some shot of the sea before it pans to where the film starts.

The runtime is almost 2hrs 20mins and the IMDB runtime is 148mins =2hrs28mins
so minus the 1min i told you about it leaves 7mins which are end credits
